डिफेंस सेक्टर में हिंदुस्तान तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है खबर के अनुसार देश में बन रहा पहला स्वदेशी विमान वाहक पोत विक्रांत 2 साल बाद 2020 में समुद्री परीक्षण के लिए तैयार हो जाएगा तत 40000 का नक्शा जो सामान्य सकेगा इससे इंडिजेनस एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर यानी आई ए सी नाम से भी जाना जाता है बताइए साल 2003 में सुरक्षा संबंधी मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति ने इस प्रोजेक्ट को मंजूरी दी थी 2009 में इसका निर्माण का काम शुरू किया गया नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक ने 2016 में अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में इस वजह से पहुंचकर 2023 तक नौसेना में शामिल होने की बात कही थी लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने तेजी से इसके निर्माण में आ रही दिक्कतों को दूर किया माना जा रहा है कि 2020 तक आई एन एस विक्रांत नौसेना में शामिल हो सकता है खबर के अनुसार अभी तक इस पोस्ट पर मेंशन संयंत्र और सहायक उपकरणों को देना कर दिया गया है किए जाने वाले विमानों के लिए उपकरण लगाए जा रहे विकास कार्य की समीक्षा के लिए रक्षा सचिव की मुलाकात की थी

Reliance Jio has introduced the Jio Digital pack where customers will be getting 2GB data per day for free. The offer is introduced as a top-up plan on an already recharged data plan. This is a considerable benefit to the subscribers over and above to the unlimited calls and SMS and the original data plan has opted for. Here are the details of the freebies the subscribers will be getting.
Jio Digital Pack: Features
Subscribers of Jio’s digital connection are in for yet another surprise. The offer has been introduced recently and is expected to end on the 30th of July. The offer is available only to specific Jio subscribers as per the information available on the My Jio app. Users will definitely be excited to get 2GB data daily as part of this offer. The pack is on offer exclusively for the prepaid customers of Reliance Jio and can be activated only when the user is already subscribed to a current recharge pack.
The basis of selection criteria of the numbers to whom the offer is available is not very clear and it is also not clear if the offer is bundled up with the existing voice and data packs. The pack is supposed to be an add-on, hence only the data offering part would change and the SMS and voice pack would remain unchanged.

With the Rs 594 plan, the subscriber would get 500 MB data, unlimited calls and other SMS benefits and the validity of the pack would be for 6 months. The total cost of the exchanged phone along with the recharge plan would sum up to Rs 1,095.

Along with this, the company is also planning to introduce a new smartphone – JioPhone2 on August 15th where one can get a smartphone at Rs 2999 with the following features – The phone would include a dual sim slot, 2000 mAH battery, expandable memory of up to 128 GB, loud mono speaker, 2 MP rear camera and VGA front camera. The phone is also packed with a cool QUERTY keypad and 4-way navigation key.

1. Make sure that you have your enrollment number and the date-time of enrolment or your Aadhaar number with you in order to proceed for downloading the e-Aadhaar letter. These details can be found on the acknowledgement slip which you got from the enrolment centre after enrolling for Aadhaar.
2. Now there are two situations. First is that you have your Enrollment Id details and the Second is you know your Aadhaar Number. In Either case you can download your E-Aadhaar letter.
3. E-Aadhar Card Downloading process consists of 2 Steps
Step 1: Your Personal Details
4.(a). If you have Enrollment ID (enrollment number and date-time of enrollemnt), then fill in your details like enrolment number, date time of enrolment, your full name, your Pin Code, the captcha code (image text) and your mobile number in the respective fields and click on the ‘Get One Time Password’ button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on the mobile number you just entered. This is essential for verification process.
4.(b). If you know your Aadhaar Number then select the radio button put in front of ‘Aadhaar’ (second radio button on the second line yellow in colour). Then fill in your Aadhaar number, full name, Pin Code and the captcha code (image text) in the respective fields and click on the ‘Get One Time Password’ button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on the registered mobile number. This is essential for verification process.
Step 2: Enter OTP Received and Download your E-Aadhaar
5. Type the OTP you received on your mobile and click on ‘Validate & Download’ button.
6. After that you will be provided with a link to download your E-Aadhaar letter (in PDF format) and to open it you will need to enter your password. following method

You can then take the printout of that letter and use it for various services.

The digital signature on the e-Aadhaar letter validates it as an acceptable proof at all those places where Aadhar card can be used. Many people questions about the Aadhar card downloading process and the most common they ask is what the ‘resident name’ is? Well this is not a complex field and we would like to tell all our users that the ‘Resident Name’ is the person name who has enrolled for Aadhaar. नई दिल्ली: भारी बारिश ने देश के विभिन्न राज्यों में तबाही मचाई है. सबसे ज्यादा प्रभाव केरल पर पड़ा है. यहां बारिश की वजह से अबतक 18 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. जबकि 3500 से ज्यादा लोग बेघर हो गए हैं. राज्य के एर्नाकुलम, कोझिकोड, अलापुझा, कन्नूर और कोट्टायम जैसे इलाकों में हालत सबसे ज्यादा खराब है. यहां जगह-जगह पानी भर गया है. जन-जीवन बुरी तरह प्रभावित है. एर्नाकुलम जिले में भारी बारिश की वजह से जिला प्रशासन ने 12वीं तक के सभी सरकार और निजी स्कूलों को आज बंद करने के आदेश दिये हैं. दूसरी तरफ, कोट्टायम-इट्टूमानूर सेक्शन पर चलने वाली 10 ट्रेनों को आज पूरी तरह कैंसिल कर दिया गया है. वहीं एर्नाकुलम-पुनालूर सेक्शन पर चलने वाली 2 ट्रेनों को आंशिक रूप से कैंसिल किया गया है. रेलवे के पीआरअो के मुताबिक लगातार बारिश की वजह से नदियों का जल स्तर बढ़ा है. ऐसे में नदियों के उपर से गुजर रहे ब्रिज पर कोई खतरा न हो, इसके लिए एहतियातन यह निर्णय लिया गया है. अन्य राज्यों की बात करें तो मध्य प्रदेश के भोपाल में भारी बारिश की वजह से नदी-नाले उफान पर हैं. कल नाले के तेज़ बहाव में 2 बच्चे बह गए. एक बच्चे को गोताखोरों ने सुरक्षित निकाल लिया, जबकि दूसरे की तलाश जारी है. एक और बच्चा नाला में डूब गया था, उसे भी निकाल लिया गया है. वहीं, महाराष्ट्र में भारी बारिश की वजह से नदियां-डैम उफान पर हैं. पुणे की खडकवासला डैम में लबालब पानी भरा हुआ है. आसपास के गांवों में भी डैम का पानी भर रहा है. गुजरात में पिछले कई दिनों से हो रही भारी बारिश लोगों के लिए बड़ी मुसीबत बन कर आई है. कई इलाक़ों में इतना पानी भरा है कि लोग जहां-तहां फंसे हुए हैं. NDRF की टीम इनके रेस्क्यू में जुटी है. हिमाचल प्रदेश में भी भारी बारिश हो रही है. शिमला और मंडी में मूसलाधार बारिश हो रही है. पिछले 48 घंटे में मंडी में 192 मिलीमीटर बारिश हुई है. मौसम विभाग ने अगले 12 घंटे में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया ह

भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में दोषी पाए गए पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री नवाज शरीफ और उनकी बेटी मरियम की देश वापसी से पहले पाकिस्तान दो धमाकों से दहल उठा। पहला धमाका खैबर पख्तूनख्वा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अकरम खान दुर्रानी के काफिले पर हुआ जिसमें पांच लोगों की मौत हो गई, 37 लोग घायल हुए। दूसरा धमाका बलूचिस्तान के मासतुंग में हुआ इस हमले में करीब 128 लोगों की जान गई और 200 लोग घायल हो गए। इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी आतंकवादी संगठन इस्लामिक स्टेट ने ली। ये धमाका कितना दिल दहला देने वाला था इसके बारे में एक छात्र ने बताया है जिसके जिम्मे सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी थी, वह सुरक्षाकर्मियों के साथ स्टेज के पीछे खड़ा था।
छात्र का नाम रुस्तम रायसानी है, रुस्तम ने इस हमले को बेहद करीब से देखा। छात्र ने बताया कि जिस वक्त धमाका हुआ उस वक्त वहां कुछ नजर नहीं आ रहा था। धमाके के बाद धूल से अंधेरा छा गया था, केवल खून की बदबू आ रही थी और लोगों का जला हुआ मांस बिखरा हुआ था। लोग इधर-उधर भाग रहे थे, बस किसी भी तरह वो वहां से निकलने की कोशिश कर रहे थे। चारों तरफ लाशें बिछी हुई थीं और लोग उन्हें कुचलकर भाग कर रहे थे मैंने कुछ घायलों को उठाया और उन्हें अस्पताल भेजा। मुझे ऐसा करते देख और लोग भी मेरी मदद करने आ गए।
एक अंग्रेजी वेबसाइट से बात करते हुए रुस्तम ने धमाके के बाद सिविल अस्पताल का हाल भी बताया। उन्होंने बताया, घायलों को जब सिविल अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया तो पूरा अस्पताल उनसे भर गया, घायलों के परिवार वाले जमीन पर सो रहे थे। अस्पताल में ठीक से चलने लायक भी जगह नहीं बची थी। विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि 25 जुलाई को पाकिस्तान में चुनाव होने वाले हैं इससे पहले देश में अभी हिंसा हो सकती है। बता दें कि बलूचिस्तान में शुक्रवार को हुए धमाके में अवामी पार्टी के नेता सिराज रायसानी की भी मौत हो गई थी।

11 Tips to Boost Your Android Phone's Battery Life
Today's Android phones pack big bright screens and high-end features that suck plenty of power; here's how to squeeze the most juice out of your batte
Top-notch Android smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One (M8) are powerful, but unfortunately, they don't have endless battery life. In fact, many Android phone users would be happy to make it through a single day, hoping that a nightly recharge is sufficient.
Sadly, it sometimes isn't. A number of factors have conspired to reduce gadget endurance over the past several years. Thinner designs with less room for batteries, larger and brighter screens, faster quad-core processors, more software that runs in the background, and power-hungry GPS radios all share responsibility. The move from 3G to 4G networks a few years ago—particularly of the LTE variety—has also taken its toll.
But there's much more to poor battery life results than that. Fortunately, there's plenty you can do to stem the flow of juice from your Android device. To write this article, I used a Google Nexus 5, as it's running the latest version of Android 4.4 KitKat with no extra interface enhancements, but these tips should apply across just about any Android phone. Try these tips to extend your handset's battery life:
1. See what's sucking the most juice. Navigate to Settings > Battery to see an organized breakdown of what's consuming your phone's battery. Applications and features will display in a descending list of battery hogs. If you see an application you barely use or a feature you never use, you'll want to uninstall the app or turn off the feature.
2. Reduce email, Twitter, and Facebook polling. Set your various messaging apps to "manual" for the polling or refresh frequency, just as a test, and you'll instantly extend your device's battery life by a significant amount. Once you see what a difference that makes, try re-enabling just the most important ones, and possibly reducing their polling frequency in the process.
3. Turn unnecessary hardware radios off. It's great that today's phones have LTE, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, but do you really need all five activated 24 hours per day? Android keeps location-based apps resident in the background, and the constant drain on your battery will become noticeable, fast. If your phone has a power control widget, you can use it to quickly turn on/off GPS (the largest power drain), NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE. On stock Android, swipe down to bring up the Notification bar, and then tap the icon on the top right corner.
4. Use the extra power saving mode if you have it. The aforementioned Galaxy S5 and HTC One (M8) both have Ultra Power Saving and Extreme Power Saving modes, respectively, that limits the phone to texting, phone calls, Web browsing, and Facebook. This can squeeze extra hours or even a day of standby time out of just a few remaining percentage points of battery.
5. Trim apps running in the background. From Settings > Apps, swipe to the left; you'll see a list of apps that are currently running. Tap on each one to see what they're for; you can stop any apps that you don't need running in the background all of the time.
6. Dump unnecessary home screen widgets and live wallpaper. Just because they're sitting on the home screen, seemingly inactive, doesn't mean they're not consuming power. This goes for widgets that poll status updates in the background, as well as ones that just sit there but look pretty and animated—not to mention animated live wallpaper. (But don't dump everything, as part of what makes Android great are the home screen customizations; just remove the ones you don't use.)
7. Turn down the brightness and turn off Automatic Brightness. It's probably obvious at this point, but you'll be surprised by how much this one alone helps to improve battery life.
8. Update your apps.Applications often get updated to use less battery power, so you should make sure your apps are up to date. Even if you configured the phone for automatic updates, some apps still require that you manually install updates. Check for app updates in Google Play by hitting the menu key and going to My Apps.
9. Keep an eye on signal strength. If you're in an area with poor cellular coverage, the phone will work harder to latch onto a strong-enough signal. This has an adverse effect on battery life. There's not much you can do about this one, but keep in mind that this could be the culprit behind a seemingly weak battery; it's worth popping the phone into Airplane mode if you don't need data or voice calls.
10. Check the reviews. We conduct battery life tests on every single Android phone we review. Unsurprisingly, the results vary widely between handsets, even on the same network. When choosing a phone, make sure that real world talk time is sufficient. You can't go by what the manufacturer says; we see variances on the order of several hours of usage in both directions on a regular basis.

A month ago, the government even launched a website to let all of us track the attendance of central government employees, and to see if they were arriving to work on time. With so many government services going digital, we believe that it’s important that our readers also know what can be done online, and how.
To start with, we’re taking you through the process of applying for a PAN card. In India, most important financial transactions require you to have a PAN card – it is used when opening a bank account, filing tax returns, or for financial transactions above Rs. 50,000. Having one of these cards is pretty much essential if you’re working and managing your own finances.
Applying for a PAN is simple, and you can fill the forms online, but you’ll have to mail your documents to the Income Tax PAN services offices to finalise the process. Once you fill up the form on the site and send your papers, the application is processed and the card shipped directly to your residential address.
In case you get stuck and need more information, then the helpline number (18001801961) is a good resource – when we got stuck on some of the details of the application, we gave them a call and found the service extremely helpful.
How To Submit PAN Card Application Online
Step one is to get copies of the different documents you need to submit on your application.
Documents Required
To submit the application, you need to upload several documents to the PAN Services Unit website. You will need to upload a proof of identity, address and date of birth, along with a scanned passport photograph. Start by making a scan of any one document per section, for each section below:

You will need two recent passport sized photographs for the PAN card application.
How to apply
Once you have scans of all these documents ready, simply do the following:
Go to this page on the NSDL website.
Scroll to the bottom and select Individual in the Apply for a new PAN Card drop down menu. Click on Select.
Now you can start filling the form. In case you have any doubts, visit this page for form filling guidelines.
The first field is AO Code, which you can look up here. You can also call the Income Tax department helpline at 18001801961 to find out about your AO code.
The other fields like name, gender, address, etc. are pretty self-explanatory, but remember to select the correct documents you will be submitting along with the application, from the drop-down window in point 15 on the form.
Once you’ve filled in all the details, select a payment method at the end of the form. The PAN card application fee is Rs. 105, but additional bank charges may apply depending on the payment method. If you want the PAN card sent outside India, the fee is Rs. 971. You can pay via demand draft, cheque, credit/debit card or net banking.
Click Submit when done.
Review all the details in your form. Make sure all spellings are correct and enter the captcha code, then click Confirm.
Now you’ll see a page with payment terms and conditions. Note down the transaction number at the top of the page and click Agree.
Complete the payment.
You’ll now see an acknowledgement form. This has a unique 15-digit acknowledgement number. Print this page.
Paste the two photographs on the printout of the acknowledgement (in the space provided).
Sign within the box on the acknowledgement form.
Put this form in an envelope with the cheque or DD (if you haven’t paid online), and the required documents mentioned earlier.
On the envelope, write APPLICATION FOR PAN – ____. Fill in the blank with your unique 15-digit acknowledgement number.
Post it to NSDL at Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune – 411016.
Your application must reach NSDL within 15 days from the date of online application. They’ll send the PAN card to your address after processing the application. You can call 02027218080 to check the status of your application
