क्यों किया जाता है गणेश विसर्जन
गणेश विसर्जन और देव लोक में ये है रिश्ता, जानिये रहस्य
गणेश विसर्जन, गणेश उत्सव का एक अभिन्न अंग है, इसके बिना गणेश उत्सव पूर्ण नही होता। इसके अंर्तगत गणेश जी की प्रतिमा को गणेश चतुर्थी के दिन स्थापित किया जाता है और 10 दिन बाद अनन्त चतुर्दशी को उसी गणेश प्रतिमा के विसर्जन के साथ इस गणेश उत्सव का समापन होता है।
जो भी व्यक्ति गणेश चतुर्थी के बारे में जानता है, वह ये भी जानता है कि गणेश चतुर्थी को स्थापित की जाने वाली गणपति प्रतिमा को अनन्त चतुर्दशी के दिन किसी बहती नदी, तालाब या समुद्र में विसर्जित भी किया जाता है, लेकिन बहुत कम लोग इस बात को जानते हैं कि आखिर गणपति विसर्जन किया क्यों जाता है। गणपति विसर्जन के संदर्भ में अलग-अलग लोगों व राज्यों में मान्यताऐं भी अलग-अलग हैं।
कुछ जानकारों के अनुसार गणपति उत्सव के दौरान लोग अपनी जिस किसी भी इच्छा की पूर्ति करवाना चाहते हैं, वे अपनी इच्छाएं, भगवान गणपति के कानों में कह देते हैं। फिर अन्त में भगवान गणपति की इसी मूर्ति को अनन्त चतुर्दशी के दिन बहते जल, नदी, तालाब या समुद्र में विसर्जित कर दिया जाता है, ताकि भगवान गणपति इस भूलोक की सगुण साकार मूर्ति से मुक्त होकर निर्गुण निराकार रूप में देवलोक जा सकें और देवलोक के विभिन्न देवताओं को भूलोक के लोगों द्वारा की गई प्रार्थनाएं बता सकें, ताकि देवगण, भूलोकवासियों की उन इच्छाओं को पूरा कर सकें, इन्हें भूलोकवासियों ने भगवान गणेश की मूर्ति के कानों में कहा था।
कुंड में ले जाकर लगवाई थी डुबकी धार्मिक ग्रन्थों के अनुसार श्री वेद व्यास ने गणेश चतुर्थी से महाभारत कथा श्री गणेश को लगातार 10 दिन तक सुनाई थी जिसे श्री गणेश जी ने अक्षरश: लिखा था। यह कथा जब वेद व्यास जी सुना रहे थे तब उन्होंने अपनी आखें बन्द कर रखी थी, इसलिए उन्हें पता ही नहीं चला कि कथा सुनने का गणेशजी पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
जब 10 दिन बाद जब वेद व्यास जी ने आंखें खोली तो पाया कि 10 दिन की अथक मेहनत के बाद गणेश जी का तापमान बहुत अधिक हो गया है, दूसरे शब्दों में कहें, तो उन्हें ज्वर हो गया है। सो तुरंत वेद व्यास जी ने गणेश जी को निकट के कुंड में ले जाकर डुबकी लगवाई, जिससे उनके शरीर का तापमान कम हुआ, इसलिए गणेश स्थापना कर चतुर्दशी को उनको शीतल किया जाता है। दरअसल गणेशोत्सव श्री बाल गंगाधर तिलक ने आज से 100 वर्ष पूर्व अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ भारतीयों को एकजुट करने के लिए आयोजित किया था, जो कि धीरे-धीरे पूरे राष्ट्र में मनाया जाने लगा है।
कैसे करते हैं गणपति विसर्जनमाना जाता है कि भगवान गणपति जल तत्व के अधिपति है और यही कारण है कि अनंत चतुर्दशी के दिन ही भगवान गणपति की पूजा-अर्चना करके गणपति-प्रतिमा का विसर्जन किया जाता है। शास्त्रों के अनुसार मिट्टी की बनी गणेश जी की मूर्तियों को जल में विसर्जित करना अनिवार्य है। इसके लिए लोग गणेश जी की प्रतिमा को लेकर ढोल-नगारों के साथ एक कतार में निकलतें है, नाचते-गाते बहती नदी, तालाब या समुन्द्र के पास जाकर बड़े ही हर्षो उल्लास के साथ उनकी आरती करते हैं, और उसके बाद जब गणेश जी की प्रतिमा को विसर्जित किया जाता है। इस दौरान सभी भक्त मिलकर मंत्रोउच्चारण के जरिये प्रार्थना करते है। जो इस प्रकार से होती है
मूषिकवाहन मोदकहस्त, चामरकर्ण विलम्बितसूत्र ।वामनरूप महेस्वरपुत्र, विघ्नविनायक पाद नमस्ते ॥
अर्थात - हे भगवान विनायक। आप सभी बाधाओं का हरण करने वाले हैं। आप भगवान शिव जी के पुत्र है, और आप अपने वाहन के रूप में मुष्कराज को लिए हैं। आप अपने हाथ में लड्डू लिए, और विशाल कान, और लम्बी सूण्ड लिए हंै। मैं पूरी श्रद्धा के साथ आप को नमस्कार करता हूँ।

नई दिल्ली: जम्मू कश्मीर में भारत पाक बॉर्डर पर घुसपैठ रोकने के लिए खास तकनीक का सहारा लिया जाएगा. सीमापार से आने वाले आतंकवादियों के भारत में कदम रखते ही उनके लिए आफत आ जाएगी. भारत बार्डर पर इजराइल में विकसित अत्याधुनिक बाड़ प्रणाली तैनात करने जा रहा है. इसके तहत खुफिया सीसीटीवी कैमरों से संचालित कंट्रोल रूम के जरिये घुसपैठ की किसी भी कोशिश पर अलार्म बजा कर त्वरित कार्रवाई दस्ते (क्यूआरटी) को सक्रिय कर दिया जाएगा. यह दस्ता घुसपैठिए का काम तमाम करने के में तनिक भी देर रही लगाएंगे. क्यूआरटी दस्ते में आतंकियों को ठिकाने लगाने का जिम्मा बीएसएफ के पास होगा.
सीमा सुरक्षा बल (बीएसएफ) के महानिदेशक केके शर्मा ने ने बताया कि बीएसएफ पाक से लगी सीमा पर महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना कांप्रीहेंसिव इंटीग्रेटेड बार्डर मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम (सीआइबीएमएस) तैनात करने जा रहा है.
पंजाब-गुजरात बॉर्डर पर भी होगा ऐसा ही इंतजाम: केके शर्मा ने बताया, 'नई निगरानी प्रणाली से सीमा सुरक्षा संबंधी हमारे अभियान में व्यापक बदलाव आएगा. अभी हम बार्डर पर प्वाइंट ए से बी तक गश्त करते हैं. अब हम त्वरित कार्रवाई दस्ता (क्यूआरटी) आधारित निगरानी सिस्टम की ओर शिफ्ट करने जा रहे हैं. इसके तहत कई नई तकनीक का इस्तेमाल भी होगा, जिनसे पूर्व में हम परिचित नहीं थे.'

सेना ने आतंकी को मार कर रस्सी से उसके शव को घसीटा
जम्मू-कश्मीर में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के आतंकी का शव जवान द्वारा घसीटे जाने का कथित वीडियो वायरल होने पर सेना ने सफाई दी है। जयपुर में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान दक्षिण-पश्चिमी कमांड के प्रमुख लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल चेरिश मैटसन ने कहा- जवान ने ऐसा इसलिए किया होगा, ताकि वह किसी साजिश में न फंसे। आतंकी के शव पर विस्फोटक बंधा हो सकता था। लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल के मुताबिक जवानों ने खतरे से बचने के लिए ऐसा किया।
एनकाउंटर में 12 जवान हुए थे जख्मी : 13 सितंबर को सेना ने जम्मू के धिहिटी गांव में सात घंटे चले मुठभेड़ के बाद जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के तीन आतंकियों को मार गिराया था। इस कार्रवाई में 3 सैन्य अधिकारियों समेत 12 सुरक्षाकर्मी जख्मी हुए थे। ये आतंकी सांबा सेक्टर से भारतीय सीमा में घुसे थे। तीनों आतंकियों के शव मिलने के बाद अभियान खत्म हो गया था। उसी वक्त की एक फोटो वायरल हो रही है, जिसमें जवान एक मृत आतंकी को रस्सियों से बांधकर सड़क पर घसीटते हुए ले जा रहे हैं। अब इस बात के लिए सेना की आलोचना हो रही है कि उन्होंने शव का अपमान किया।
सोशल मीडिया पर लोग इस फोटो को लेकर दो खेमों में बंट गए हैं। कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि ये मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन है तो वही दूसरे पक्ष का कहना है कि जो मानव ही नहीं है उसके मानवाधिकार किस बात के। बता दें पिछले कुछ घंटों से जंजीरों से बांधकर आतंकी की लाश को खींचनेवाली ये तस्वीर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल है। सेना का कहना है कि जवानों ने जो कुछ भी किया है वो आत्मरक्षा में किया है। और पूरी दुनिया में आत्मघाती आतंकियों से इसी तरह से निपटा जा रहा है। ----------

यंग इंडियन मामले में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी और सोनिया गांधी की मुश्किलें बढ़ती नज़र आ रही हैं। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से सोनिया और राहुल को राहत नहीं मिली। आयकर विभाग ने 2011-12 के टैक्स के दोबारा मूल्यांकन के नोटिस को राहुल और सोनिया ने चुनौती दी थी लेकिन इस याचिका को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया। मार्च में आयकर विभाग ने नोटिस जारी किया था जिसे सोनिया राहुल के अलावा ऑस्कर फर्नांडीज़ ने चुनौती दी थी
The political slug fest started after the The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed the pleas of Sonia and Rahul challenging reopening of their tax assessments for 2011-12. Congress communications' in-charge Randeep Surjewala claimed that the Modi government was "unnerved, perturbed and scared" by the "successful Bharat Bandh through which the people of India sought accountability". "They (the BJP) are now resorting to foolish press conferences by making stupid remarks that have no foundations. Perhaps in the history of this country such stupidity and foolishness may have never been committed by a ruling dispensation," Surjewala had said.
Whereas, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra also claiemd in a press conference, that the Bharat Bandh called on Monday by the Congress was to divert people's attention from the hearing in the Delhi High Court on a matter related to the National Herald case involving its "corrupt" leaders. Welcoming the Delhi High Court's order, Patra said it was a "victory of common man."

RRB Group D 2018: Railway Recruitment Board or RRB of Indian Railways has started the exam city, exam date and exam shift login process and with this, the applicants will be able to access the details of Computer Based Test (CBT) of the RRB Group D exam. According to RRB, the recruitment agency of country’s largest employer, the applicants will be able to login with their credentials through the link provided on the official websites of RRBs for knowing their respective Group D exam city, Group D exam date and Group D exam session or shift. The RRB Group D admit card will be released four days before the fixed exam date of every candidate.
